Styched believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Styched marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc or for Special promotions or initiatives like Save Government School Movement. These are limited occasion offers or shared cost models and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- Styched does not accept cancellation requests for Official Merchandise, Clearance zone products, clearance/flash sale products or steal deal products etc. However, Replacement can be made if the product delivered is damaged or defective or wrong SKU.
- No Cancellation / Return / Refund allowed for International Orders
Return & Refund Policy
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number. Exchange is only applicable for damaged / incorrect product.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
In case you require the size to be changed due to fitting issues, you can raise the same to our customer care team and they will guide you on the process. In such cases, the customer has to pay INR 100 for the pickup of original product and reshipping of the new product. In case the order size is large and requires multiple products to be exchanged, the shipping cost may vary. The product exchanged shall be the same product originally ordered by the customer. Exchange can be processed only once.
We are a made to order brand and therefore we do not have a refund policy on any products. Product exchange will be provided in case of defective / damaged products.
If after multiple re-attempts for delivery of the product, the product is shipped back to Styched, after which the customer asks for a re-delivery, the customer shall have to bear the complete RTO charges levied by the delivery partner on Styched.
